HANOI–HALONG BAY–NINH BINH

ITINERARY

DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL –CITY TOUR (DINNER)

Meet upon arrival and transfer to central Hanoi for visits to Ba Dinh Square located in front of the famous Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square is one of the popular historical relic sites in all Hanoi City Tour’s itineraries. It is a place to recognize many important landmarks in Vietnamese history, especially on September 2nd, 1945, the President of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of Vietnam Democratic Republic Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence giving birth to the People’s Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Below is everything you need to know for a visit to this lively and animated spot.

Then go to One Pillar Pagoda, which worships the Godess of Mercy and is the most unique Padoga in the world. Continue on to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university, founded in the 11th century. Then, enjoy a one-hour cyclo tour to explore Hanoi's iconic Old Quarter in a unique and fun way. You'll ride a cyclo, a traditional three-wheeled bicycle taxi, through all 36 Streets (each street was named after the trade conducted), have dinner at a restaurant, and then return to your hotel for check in. Take a relax at hotel.

DAY 2: HANOI-HALONG BAY (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

After breakfast, leave for Halong City. Arrive in Halong, have lunch, and then proceed to Ha Long International Cruise Port, begin cruising to Halong Bay. 

Ha Long Bay has a majestic and poetic natural beauty with thousands of islands of various sizes and shapes scattered throughout, as well as many unique caves, creating a spectacular and unique scene from the rest of the world; it is because of this that UNESCO has designated Ha Long Bay as a natural wonder of the world, attracting a large number of tourists each year. 

The cruise departs for Ha Long Bay, passing through Hon Cho Da and Hon Dinh Huong (symbols on the 200,000 VND bill). Visitors can participate in kayaking or take a bamboo boat to discover the beauty of Ba Hang, which used to be a fishing village inhabited by many people on the bay (at your own expense).

 Following that, the boat cruises through Trong Mai Islet, where visitors check in with the Ha Long Bay symbol. Before returning to Ha Long International Cruise Port, visit Thien Cung Cave, one of the most beautiful caves on Ha Long Bay. Get back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi, have dinner at a restaurant, and then return to your hotel.

DAY 3: HANOI- NINH BINH (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

After breakfast. Depart for Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam's first capital during the ancient and medieval periods. Visit the historic capital of Vietnam as well as the famed old temples of the Le and Dinh Dynasties.  Then we depart towards Tam Coc. Lunch at a Restaurant. After that , boat journey to Tam Coc to experience the magnificence of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved into the limestone. Return to Hanoi. Free time until dinner at a  restaurant.

DAY 4: HANOI DEPARTURE (BREAKFAST)
